Does any agency have an ordinance currently in effect that specifically addresses/restrictsย the growth or height of landscaping trees, shrubs, and bushes on residential property? Looking for specific ordinances, wording that limits the maintenance of such trees, shrubs, and bushes. To clarify, I am not talking of trees such as Pine, Poplar, Oak, etc. I am looking for restrictive ordinances currently being utilized by any agency that addresses the ability of their Code Enforcement Division to force compliance in trimming back or removing landscaping trees shrubs, or bushes that would be in a residential front yard and haveย substantially overtaken it. Most grass ordinances address grass, weeds, kudzu, ivy, etc., but few specifically address trees, shrubs, and bushes. If so, please respond with a copy of the ordinance if possible. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!ย
