I am looking for the best code enforcement software. I am currently looking at EnerGov. 

Looking for a software to use with a tablet in the field.

Software that will print forms, such as complaint forms, complaint in rems etc.

Scheduling follow ups inspections.

City of Albany uses Comcate. It's a web-based system, keeps up with everything you put in it and formats your letters. www.comcate.com
