I am looking into a Code Enforcement software program and just wanted to see who is using what and the satisfaction you folks have with the program.

I am not looking to tie this in with the planning department for permits. Just wanting a way to track cases and issue letters.

 

Here at the City of Woodstock, we have had only two (2) programs. Previously "Energov" and currently "BS&A". BS&A is pretty effective for us in Code Enforcement, as it is much easier and quicker to create and edit cases than our previous program in Energov. Though both programs are effective and have some really excellent modules for our particular use, Energov just has so many different steps that you must take to create a case making it a little less efficient.
