I need help on estate properties. I have several where one person paying the taxes and nobody wants to give up their rights so that person can do something to the property. Any help is greatly appreciated

File your appropriate paperwork with the courts. Tack copy to residence. serve each party that has interest in the lot or run legal ad in news paper. You take the property to court not the individual.
