I have an active code enforcement action at a property here in Covington that is owned by the following company:

I always have issues with this property throughout the Summer season. I would rather make contact with a contact person for this management/property owner than to send violation notices each time,  folllowed with a citation, a court order to abate and/or clean up, filing a tax lien - over and over.  Do any of you have either a email or phone number to someone at this company?

This is all I could find in a quick effort. The address is also related to OcWen which is a loan and real estate mortgage company.

Litton has been out of business for a while. They were bought out by Ocwen. Here is the direct email for their property preservation department that deals with violations  Property.Preservation@ocwen.com.

Unfortunately if it's still under "Litton" then it may be a "charge-off" or "bank walkaway" - Good Luck!!
