When your agency writes citations for code violations, are they civil or criminal?
If civil, what do you do to the ones that do not show up for court?
If issuing default judgements, what do you do if they do not respond to that?

Please also advise what agency your from.

Civil: if they don't show up our Judge issues bench warrants and sets the next court date.

CIVIL-our judge in Newton County would issue bench warrants. In Roswell it's a bit different. The solicitor puts it under a rule nisi.
