Hello GACE Members,

Do any of you have a software system just for Code Enforcement? Something that helps you keep track of all your cases, where you can enter new, old, and update existing complaints? I currently keep up with my cases in Microsoft and also have a filing cabinet filled with folders for each case.  My Code Enforcement Officer mentioned this yesterday while we were out checking a few things.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We use Comcate, INC.- pretty good software!

I like GoEnforce. We currently use Munis and it has way too many "clicks" and steps. it was created for finance. I used Accela before, not a fan of that either. I did like using "magnet".
