Article VI.  Meetings  Section 2: Special Meetings

Section 2: Special Meeting:

1. The Board of Directors and/or the President may call a special meeting at such time, date, and place as they may consider appropriate. 

2. At the written request of a minimum of 10% of the active membership of the organization, the President shall call a special meeting.

Dear GACE Members:

As the seated President of the Georgia Association of Code Enforcement, I call for a Special Meeting of the Membership.

On April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM 

I wish to address you as Respected Members of this Great Association. 

The AGENDA:

Item 1: Association Board of Directors:

1. President will address Sgt at Arms in his email dated 4/21/2026:

   1. Madam President when will you stand firm for this Board? 

2. President will address all issues of fiduciary duties brought to the Board of Directors by Active Member Jerry Pittman. 

3. President will address the actions taken to act without Board approval. 

As President of this Association, I took it upon myself to have Active GACE Members aid in acquiring a Commercial Insurance Policy to cover the GACE Trailer and its contents. On April 21, 2026. Due to the failure of the board to acquire what appears to be an inadequate policy.
