Our agency received a complaint of large amounts of accumulated household garbage and other debris at a vacant home serviced by MCS.
Code Enforcement reached out Oct. 20. 2025, to the telephone number posted on the door of the home to call in the event of local code violations. After holding for 35 minutes, we were forced to leave a voicemail, in which we stated the issues, address, and legal parcel number, as well as our contact information.
Since that time, we have submitted two online Code Violation Reports through the MCS website and unsuccessfully tried to reach a human being through the posted numbers.
Does anyone have a direct contact for someone in their compliance department?
Revisiting the property again today, there is still enough household garbage outside -- including food trash and dirty diapers -- to fill a 30-yard dumpster. Wildlife or other animals are continuing to spread trash around the grounds and neighbors are concerned about rats, so Code Enforcement needs to establish communication with MCS immediately.
Thank you for any advice.
