Covenant Compliance Inspector, The Landings Association – Savannah, GA

The Landings Association is seeking a Property & Housing Inspector to help maintain the beauty, safety, and standards of our premier residential community. In this role, you’ll perform property inspections, enforce Covenants and Private Property Maintenance Standards, and work closely with residents to guide them toward compliance.

What You’ll Do
• Inspect homes and properties for compliance with TLA standards
• Communicate with property owners to resolve issues fairly and professionally
• Maintain accurate inspection records using CitizenServe software
• Educate residents on rules, regulations, and improvement options
• Assist with community response during emergencies

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years in code enforcement, property management, and/or inspections
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and walk/stand for long periods
• Valid driver’s license with insurability and normal risk rates
• Experience with CitizenServe software a plus

Physical & Environmental Conditions
This position requires the ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or high humidity. The role also involves standing for long periods, entering and exiting vehicles frequently, and occasionally lifting or carrying materials up to 25 pounds.
