I have a complaint regarding a business owner (construction) who has his own diesel fueling tanks on his property. They are for his use only. I have scoured the Ga EPD website and am having trouble locating any information regarding their rules and regs.

Does anyone have any info that could assist me? If not, I will be calling the Ga EPD and asking them for help.

If the fuel tanks are above ground storage tanks, then the Fire Marshall office will most likely be the regulating authority. They should have a retaining wall surrounding the tanks that would prevent fuel from escaping in the event of a leak.

If the fuel tanks are under ground storage tanks, then the Land Protection folks with EPD will be the regulating authority.
