I have been looking for any type of study guide for Zoning Inspector Certification. If anyone has any suggestions as to where I may be able to find one, or if your agency has one, could you forward a copy to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you downloaded the 2018 Zoning Inspector Study Guide from ICC?  It cost $79.00.  It is the only resource I can find.  I have been looking for other resources for this certification but like, I can not find any.  I searched YouTube and could only find videos on how to take an ICC test and all of them say to "tab" the chapters and the index of each book your allowed to use for the exam, its open book (International Zoning Code and Legal Aspects of Code Enforcement).  They also say to highlight all section headings.  Last conference I did the legal aspects and enforcement techniques.  Some of the Flash card questions I've completed I could reference back to those classes.  I'm attending Signage and Right of Way encroachments in March, hopefully to have a better understanding because to me Signs are HARD.  I've attached what my course says it consist of in the word document and I'm uploading the exam outline for you.  I hope this helps.  If you do find a different resource, let me know.

Thank you Mickey for the information, unfortunately I’ve done the study guide but it wasn’t all that helpful. But it thanks again.

I took the signage and right-of-way encouragement class last spring conference. I thought it was very interesting and helpful in understanding the concepts.
