Can anyone please share with the City of Peachtree City your secrets of how you deal with big businesses out of state and off shore that own large amounts of residential rental properties, but do not maintain them to code standards?  We have spent hours on hold, sent so much mail (regular and certified), physically blocked that rarest of all animals a company pick up trucks in driveways.  We can not get cooperation in any sort of timely manner.  We are reaching out for ideas. 

I've made a few contacts with a couple of the companies we've had to deal with. I typically Email them whenever violations are present and they resolve them relatively quick. Feel free to reach out and I can exchange the 2-3 contacts we usually find ourselves dealing with in our area (American Homes 4 Rent and Invitation Homes).
