Good afternoon all,

I am concerned that their way is not the right way... Our city hired a building inspector who is not certified who they also appointted to Code Enforcement Officer, they recently gave him a citation book for the ourpose of issuing citations for code violations, I am concerned that this is not leagal but I have been told that it is. What are the requirements? Do they need to be certified in order to issue a code violation citation? Please help me figure this out. Thank you!
