Building/Code Officials, you are vital!

A recent tragedy in a neighboring state reminds us all of the importance of the roles we play in protecting the public. I want to offer encouragement to all building and code officials who are dedicated to serving others by applying their knowledge and professional standards. Often times the enforcing officials' opinions are not popular and political influence attempts to sway requirements. Remain vigilant and strong, your training and knowledge will most definitely protect others and save lives. May God Bless each of you and continue to watch over you daily. Thank you for serving.
