I believe it is crucial for woman to be able apart of code enforcement because like any other jobs it’s always good to have a fresh pair of eyes and woman can bring in other perspectives that man might not think of . Also when the community sees that everyone is included than they are more likely to become happy , easier to talk to and also might help you get problems solved if you have any. Woman also have their own set of knowledge on top of what they have experienced, they are just as equal as us .
