In Remembrance of Chief Robert Carter of the Albany/Dougherty Code Enforcement Division, The Albany/Dougherty County Land Bank offered $1000 in Funds to encourage First Time Attendees to continue their training in the Code Enforcement Field. Five first time attendees were selected to receive $100 toward their Fall 2021 registration costs.  Congrats to:
