Greetings everyone! One of my jurisdictions is looking into utilizing semi-permanent placards, much like the ones we use for nuisance abatement, for properties that are being cited for property maintenance violations. Does anyone else have any experience with a similar process for property maintenance? The goals are to let the surrounding community know that action is being taken, but also as almost a "shame" notice for the property owner. Of course these will be utilized in the ROW and not attached to any structure...if anyone has any input, I would also appreciate that.
