Absentee Ballot posted to GACE webpage after the due date of 01/06/2025.

By-Law Article V; Elections and Voting (G)

The nomination process will be completed and closed 60 days prior to the meeting in which the election is to be held. There will be no nominations from the floor.

1. Exception: In the event that during the nomination process there are no qualified nominees, nominations for open positions only can be taken from the floor at the meeting where the election is to be held.
2. All absentee ballots shall reflect that in the event no one qualified for a position, nominations will be taken from the floor for the open position(s) only.
